Official Rules
1. Entry. You are entered into the Griffin Bikini swimsuit giveaway by choosing to do so when you e-mail your completed contest form to contest@griffinbikini.com . Contest entries will be accepted beginning on September 26,2008 and ending on November 25,2008. All entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time November 25, 2008("closing date"). Limit of one entry per person.All entries become property of Griffinbikinicom.The Sponser reserves the right to terminate or revise these Official Rules at any time without notice.
2. Eligibility. Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Griffinbikini.com as well as subcontractors or independents, and their family members and / or those living in the same household are not eligible
3. Winner Selection. A Winner will be selected by the Sponser/Prize provider in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern time, November 25,2008. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. Winner will be notified within 3 days of the drawing by e-mail or regular mail. If prize is not claimed within (3 )days of notification. Prize may be forfeited and awarded to a alternate winner. Upon receipt of confirmation, prize will be sent to winner.

5. General. Limit one winner per household. Entries become the sole property of Griffinbikini.com/Sponser. Prize provider not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illigible, postage due entries.
6. Conditions Of Contest. By submitting an entry, participants agree to(1) to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponser/Prize Provider in all matters regarding the contest, which decisions will be final. (2) To release Sponser/Prize Provider, their parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies and their respective directors and employees and agents from any and all liability, claims and damages resulting from their participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance and use of a prize; and (3) If a winner to grant to Sponser/Prize Provider the right to post name and residence on the Griffinbikini.com website and/or Newsletter as a winner and to use name and residence for avertising and publicity purposes and agree to provide such consent in writing upon request.

Sponser/Prize Provider, and their agents are not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay, in operations or transmissions, theft destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network telephone, mail, computer hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of, or failure of Sponser/Prize Provider to receive any entry information on the account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any web site or any combination thereof. Sponser/Prize Provider is not responsible for injury or damage to any entrants, or any other, computer resulting from playing, or downloading or printing any materials in the sweepstakes. Sponser/Prize Provider reserve the right in their sole discretion to cancel the sweepstakes in it's entirety or in part if it becomes technically corrupted or because of non authorized human intervention. Any attempt by a entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws: and should such a attempt be made, Sponser /Prize Provider reserves the right to prosecute any such individual to the full extent of the law.
8. Winners List. Names of winners may be posted on the Griffinbikini.com website and/or newsletters and will be available by mailing a self addressed stamped envelope to Griffin Bikini Contest 3546 Rivermont Station Lynchburg Virginia 24503.
